I agree with all of this…..there is never too strict. If they do it right the first time then they wouldn’t have to do it again. We’ve got to have expectations of our children. This is you getting them ready for the REAL world.

My son had to vacuum the laundry room 4 times, because he kept doing out poorly. He was only grateful when he was at (ROTC) college and was the only one who knew how to make a bed, do laundry, and clean a room so it would pass inspection, etc I was a "mean mom" 😆

I grew up just like this. if I didn't do it right the st time I did it over. I hated it when i was young but as a grown up it tought me alot. do everything right the 1st time. take pride in everything u do. or u will be doing everything over n over.

its NOT fucking high standard. washing the dishes means they need to be clean or when told to vacuum the room its not done if you miss areas. clean is clean is clean. either it is or it isnt. no in between

yesss same. bc if you dont teach them to do it right the first time they will half ass at work. it teaches them to be a good employee. spouse. ect.

one time I was going out I had dish duty I did the dishes but put the pans in the oven when on my way thinking I got over dad got hungry pizza,when I got home every dish pan silverware was on table counters he said do all them again a pizza snitched me out.😂 go dad I learned my lesson
