I have a problem with how some of our colleagues are thinking. Let's make it simple: If your Director's wife has given birth and is looking for a nanny to assist her, and she wants to teach the nanny how to carry the baby properly to prevent injury, would you expect the nanny to pay before learning how to carry the child? Please just answer me. This is not part of any HRM practice ok, I will not pay for workshop 👍👍👍👍

Some School heads have been given queries if you don't attend PLC for even two days. What is the meaning of that? Teachers are loaded, teaching, marking scripts, enter scores on assessment sheet, transfer the scores to the school portal and then again enter the same scores on waec portal. why must we treat people like this. meanwhile, the students are not serious and indecipline.

The last time as teachers we paid for workshop was when d 38 were in power. Under JDM1, I attended a 30 day intensive workshop at Prempeh College. Everyone had his hotel room for the period with feeding in the morning, afternoon and evening. Fully paid trips as part of the workshop. I believe this video is very old. One problem I have with Ghanaian bloggers for not putting dates on their videos.
