these two college kids my first EVER week serving, saw me get yelled at by a nasty old woman who was unhappy ab some policy. she reemed me out and didn't tip. after it happened i went back over to them and they both handed me hand drawn pictures with little notes and then tipped me 50%. the sweet people really make customer service worth it sometimes

Everytime I have a horrifying shift I read what my regular customer gave me. Not the gift basket it was beautiful but I’m talking about the note. It keeps me going :)
