Because when I commit to something, I give it my best and I make sure i bring value to the team. na encounter ko ang tanong na yan sa bpo industry, first bpo journey ko yun, i only answer " if you're not looking for an applicant who's willing to sacrifice personal needs or any occasions , gathering and more just to fulfill the job he once signed then it's not me you should hire for, i came with this realization because to be honest I've already face countless rejection and that rejection though that who ever company will hire and believe in my capacity i would not just do my best but i will showcase gratitude to that company😁
