I think she's innocent. And she's definitely unwell due to this tragedy but also she's medically physically fragile and may not have resources to provide for her physical needs being paralyzed and other serious physical medical issues. She's receiving great medical care where she is for both her mental and physical Healthcare needs. This may be a strategy to have her care continue. Without her children and in her condition her life is basically too difficult to manage in freedom anyway.

The average commitment in Mass is 16 years. She's not getting out in a very long time, if ever. She's also on suicide watch so keeping her alive is a challenge on its own.

shouldn't be so many options for the jury to pick from. wouldn't be surprised if she is found not guilty that she is not found mentally impaired and allowed to be free ! she never was mentally impaired it was murder x 3 and I hope they find her guilty end of story straight to prison

I really can't see the jury coming to a unanimous decision. They have 4/5 possible choices, and I can't see 12 people being able to agree on 1.

I know it doesn’t matter at this point but did Patrick have to testify? Wouldn’t he be able to avoid testifying since they were married? Like did he volunteer to testify for the prosecution just for the heck of it or was he legally compelled to testify. I know that it’s the defendant’s choice whether to testify or not but I thought that right was extended to spouses. Is their divorce the reason he testified or was he just wanting to share his point of view with the jury? It feels malicious if it was his choice.
