Topical minoxidil 2x/day, the ordinary hair serum 1x/day, and Nizoral shampoo 3x a week is resurrecting my hair. Minoxidil is doing most of the work but the ordinary & Nizoral seem to be helping since I added them. Unfortunately I can’t do spirolactone or oral minoxidil for health reasons.
