Save for later planning! My usual prediction for Utah, broken out by elevation: Sept 5–15 — High country goes first: Cedar Breaks, Albion Basin, La Sals, Boulder Mountain
Sept 17–24 — Maples & scrub oak turn red: Nebo Loop, Cottonwood Canyons, Kyhv Peak Road
Sept 24–Oct 1 — Aspens peak gold mid-elevation: Alpine Loop, Kolob Terrace, upper Kyhv Peak
Oct 1–8 — Reds richest statewide, aspens peak in SLC/Utah Valley canyons
Early–mid Oct — Guardsman Pass hits its peak, the aspens up there 🙌🏻
Oct 8–22 — Valley floor + red rock country catches up: SLC/Provo valley, lower Zion, Moab foothills
Late Oct–Nov — River cottonwoods hang on down south Based on typical historical timing by elevation, not this year's confirmed forecast yet (usually drops mid-Sept). Weather can shift it a week either way. #utah #saltlakecity #fallaesthetic #utahmom #utahcheck
