เคยติดอาหารทอดและของหวานๆมาก่อนเริ่ม้ปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการกินใหม่เมื่อ8ปีที่แล้วตอนนี้พอใจกับสุขภาพตัวเองมากๆค่ะในวัย48ปีไม่มีโรคประจำตัวใดๆมองย้อนกลับไปแล้วขอบคุณตัวเองที่รักตัวเองจริงๆเพื่อจะได้ดูแลแม่ที่ชราได้โดยไม่กังวลและเต็มที่...อยากบอกว่าไม่ได้อดอาหานหรือเลิกกินของเหล่านั้นแต่ปรับให้สมดุลกับการใช้พลังงานของเราเองในทุกๆวัน❤️👍พิชซ่าก็ยังเปนเมนูที่กินได้แบบสบายใจค่ะ..ขอให้ทุกๆท่านที่อยากปรับเปลี่ยนการกินของตัวเองทำได้สำเร็จและยั่งยืน🥰❤️
