Being GenX- I have watched Jeffree since the beginning and he has faced a TON of adversity and hate. If it wasn't just society as a whole- hating on him for him being different- it was people he thought were his friends. I mean- he grew up in a time where it was taboo to be gay. And instead of hiding- he came out in full force- with makeup on to boot. He didn't give two birds what people thought then- and he sure doesn't now. Jeffree can come across harsh, but he has had to grow a pretty thick skin- where most others would not have been able to handle it.
