@chancegallowayroofing: Most homeowners never know their shingles have been lifted until water starts making its way inside. In Central Florida, wind storms can break the seal on your shingles without causing obvious leaks. If that damage is significant enough, your homeowners insurance policy may cover a full roof replacement. That’s why a professional inspection is so important. I document any storm-related damage, explain what I find, and help you understand whether it appears to qualify for an insurance claim. Don’t wait until a small problem becomes a major leak. 🏠 Free Roof Inspections 🌪️ Wind & Storm Damage Specialist 📍Proudly serving homeowners across Central Florida Send me a message to schedule your free inspection. #CentralFloridaRoofing #WindDamage #RoofInspection #StormDamage #InsuranceClaim
If a roofer finds damage call a public adjuster to see if it makes sense to claim.

and people wonder why premium are high. because contractors like this make people believe there's wind damage and then turn it into insurance companies when there is no wind damage. then when their roof gets denied they think insurance companies are bad.

Insurance Claim Doc :
Insurance company people consistently say that lifted shingles are not wind damaged. Unfortunately, TWIA and Forensic Engineering disagrees with them.

The only people that think this is wind damage are dishonest or just ignorant PAs/contractors.

Maybe if you stop pulling on them you won’t continue to create damage I hope one day they start making examples of contractors who do this by prosecuting them for fraud and holding them accountable for the damages they cause.
