you all make content for hairdressers. I get that non hairdressers follow but the bulk of your mostly educational content is hairdressers, YOUNG, INEXPERIENCED hairdressers. and this man who makes content for these people just showed them he is not their friend for a check. never punch down. and thats all they did. actions have consequences and there are 1000 other hairdressers ready to be the next Alfredo. thats what this business is. we say it all the time when we die our clients will rebook with someone else before they even put us in the ground. its the same with educators and influencers. will this end his career? no. but he deserves to feel the lumps that whole video was fucked as hell and tbh he needs to stop flying people who have had bad hair experiences out for click bait. it was bound to back fire. you dont need to dim someone else's light to shine brighter.

Although I don’t agree with the entire situation.. however I believe he did this out of the kindness of his heart and truly wanted to help .: makes me sad for him the backlash he is getting . He built his platform helping people in hair crisis’s and I hope he continues to do so . Nobody is perfect

Zach, the biggest controversy was actually the perm rods in his video. you might be spot on with everything else in your post...literally all of it. but in a platform full of bullying and hatred..there NEEDS to be a convincing explanation of the perm rods. my own son is a baby stylist and wont post to promote himself bc of this type of craziness among professionals. help us by making it make sense
