I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!!! Training/practicing at 100% is something I push as well for the exact same reason…if you don’t do it in practice, then why would you expect to suddenly do it in a game situation! Training fundamentals is so so important and I will be spending more time at the start of practices doing just that bc of your video. You’re an absolute baddie, I love your videos and the way you coach! Keep doing you, girl, CUZ IT WORKS!
