To grow up in the colorful magical 90’s, told by parents if we try hard in school the American dream is ours just like they had, then for a series of once in a lifetime events to occur like 9/11, Covid, etc. massive changes in tech our whole life, and now ai replacing us

what I wonder is once there's all these robots doing all this work and all these people being unemployed who's going to have money to buy the things that these robots are going to create like what is going to be the incentive to continue creating more robots if there's no money because they've taken all the jobs it literally does seem like we are walking off the edge on purpose

Why would we support it. Why not buy eggs from your neighbor, pay them do repairs on your car or home etc. we are far off from current generations accepting this. Just like unions you don’t support it. Maybe communities of pre 2026 exist like Norman’s do now but it’s not going to be what you imagine. My fear is ASI on any one model of the thousands that will exist mass murders humans for one reason or another.
