What is wrong with people??? it simple that home owner should've locked up their fur baby if they knew a technician was coming into their home. However, once the technician realized the pup was out and clearly the technician in not an animal lover; the technician should've left the home and called in to the office. Who kicks a dog that is clearly not being aggressive. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
