Something that’s tripped me out forever; “is MY red the same as YOUR red?”. Obviously we can point to an apple and both call it red, but are we sure we’re seeing the same color? How could we perceive if we all saw colors differently but called them by the same names?

you just perfectly described the quantum physics concept of superpositions which are based in our temporal understanding of causality. the 4th dimension is time, viewing our reality from a 4D vantage point would be stepping outside of time. time only exist in our linear causal perception of reality.
