It feels like I’m buried in studies now, my new school’s academic pressure is too much compared to what I’ve been used to. I used to always just try my best and accept my grades but ever since I got a GPA of 4.04, I feel like I’m on the edge of falling back to the “normal” category, I don’t want to be normal. I panic whenever I forget something at home or at school, it feels suffocating, I just want to go back to Australia, where my close friends and my brother live, I want to go back to my old life, where I had fun, where I enjoyed myself, I sometimes feel like I took advantage of my time there and didn’t savor it enough.

Shit dude, this rlly hit me in the feels. I used to be the kind of person who genuinely loves learning. That's the whole reason why I have good grades. But I've started getting lower grades and flopping because I'm slowly losing all motivation to study. Like what's even the point of putting effort when somebody who uses AI/does half the amount of effort can be in the Top 1 spot? And now I feel ashamed of myself because I used to be the kid who knew everything, and now I'm basically stupid.
