you can call the Social Security office in your county to get that set up tell them you can't verify his number they will do a video call to verify who he is and give you a pin code to set it set it up with that's what I had to do and it'll work after that I couldn't verify my number either mine works great now

Caitlin look into Patriot Angels they can help you get his DD214 and anything thru VA. I used them when my dad passed away to get his and if he has any pension thru VA. Hope this helps..

ssa.gov is horrible.. PLUS it will log him out every single time.. and reverify every single time.. if you are going to call.. DO NOT CALL THE NATIONAL NUMBER!! I can give you the number for MY local office and they can give you YOUR local number🥰🥰🥰🥰

I’m a VA nurse and I see it everyday and it kills me when my vets aren’t qualified for certain benefits. They should all be 100% regardless of their time in the service
