Popiah A fun, interactive way to enjoy popiah while adding a little communal element to the meal. 🦀 Bakwan Kepiting with Abalone Comforting crab and pork meatballs in a flavourful broth, topped with abalone 🦀 Crab & Pork Ngoh Hiang A comforting Peranakan classic with a seafood twist. 🌿 Jackfruit Rendang Rich, aromatic and deeply spiced — a meat-free take on the classic rendang, giving vegetarians a chance to enjoy those familiar flavours. 🌿 Nasi Ulam One of Chef Fredric’s personal favourites and signature dishes. Made with 15 different herbs and spices, each carefully prepared and mixed to create its distinctive fragrance and complexity. It’s also a dish he loves so much that he has the ingredients tattooed on his arm! 🦞 Grilled Slipper Lobster with Sambal Belimbing Juicy grilled lobster paired with tangy baby starfruit sambal tumis — spicy, zesty and full of flavour. 🍖 Buah Keluak Pork Jowl Earthy, rich buah keluak paired with succulent pork jowl — definitely one for fans of bold Peranakan flavours. 🌸 Jantung Pisang A traditional Peranakan banana flower dish that is becoming increasingly difficult to find on restaurant menus today.
