Omo me no support that first sentence oooo, your making 10$ per hour and you want associates that makes 500$ per hour, if everybody is to follow that your principle me that I’m making 500$ per hour definitely won’t want associates making 100 per hour not to even talk of someone making 10$ per hour.. The main factor is the heart and the willingness to grow.
