Anyone else having issues with USPS in INDIANAPOLIS holding packages hostage? like come on this bs right before christmas is ridiculous. And when you call trying to get answers, they give you the run around. And even one of my packages, makes no sense from where it came from why it went in that direction. when it could have come through Tennessee, to get to me in kentucky. instead I now have 2 packages stuck in Indianapolis. And I refuse to order anymore for Christmas until those start to move again. Smh! USPS GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER! First got lied too by 3 woman telling me my packages stopped moving over a chemical spill. a chemical spill that happened October 8th, and was completely cleared by October 10th. My first package stopped moving October 21st. As soon as i saw my second package ended up in Indianapolis last night. I knew it was gonna be stuck there as well. The guy I spoke too this morning, finally told me the truth. Said he doesn't know why a chemical spill is even being mentioned, that he hasn't heard anything like that. But that they decided let's get a bigger building, and at the same time switch to a new system. New system isn't working how they planned. so now they just have a bunch of packages being held hostage. instead of trying to find a way to redirect them, so they can get to their final destinations. I saldy still have 3 other packages that haven't shipped out yet. So I am debating on if I should just cancel them and get a refund. Or Hope that they aren't shipped through USPS.
