As someone who lives here in Pampanga, I’ve seen and felt how the continuous heavy rains and flooding are affecting many families in our community. Some of our fellow Kapampangans are staying in evacuation centers, while others are struggling with food, clothes, and other basic necessities. I may be just a student and an ordinary person, but I believe that small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
