This is why I completely condone dress codes. Recently went to a rooftop restaurant that used to have a nice ambiance - guests were in caps, athletic wear, and flip flops. Regardless how nice you consider Javier’s, I think we can all agree dressing appropriately at restaurants is really a lost concept.
