It’s sad to see Sydney and Queensland people having a cry over Melbourne being the best city in Oz

As a native Victorian. Trust me there are a lot nicer days ahead in the next few months. Melb turns it on in the spring time.

People who were born in Melbourne always think it’s terrible and wanna convince others that it sucks, but as an immigrant, it’s one of the best cities to live in. It has its issues but is amazing. I wouldn’t wanna leave either

The only bad thing about Melbourne is that the weather is a roulette every hour of the day [Tears of joy] you might get sunshine and then heavy rain in the next

cinnamon roll cake 🎂 Okay this might be one of my favorite bakes ever 😭 I partnered with @ChapStick.US  to celebrate two of their two new holiday scents: Warm Cinnamon Roll and Spiced Apple Crumble 🍎 and obviously I had to take make it extra. So I made a 3-tier cinnamon roll cake inspired by both scents. There are also 6 other holidays flavors and they come in these cute little sweater shape packages. Maybe you’re not making this for a proper holiday dessert, but perhaps it’s the perfect morning after treat? RECIPE 1. In a stand mixer, add 1.5 cups milk, 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast, 6 3/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tsp kosher salt, 4 eggs. Mix on medium low for 8 minutes. Then add 12 tbsp room temp butter and continue mixing for another 5-6 minutes. Transfer to a greased bowl and let rise in the fridge overnight. 2. Grease a 9 in, 8 in, and 6 in cake pan and line with parchment paper. Set aside. 3. The next day punch the dough out. Generously flour a work surface. Roll the dough into a large rectangle about 1/4” thick (exact size doesn’t matter). Smear the dough with 1.5 sticks room temperature butter, plenty of light brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into 1” wide strips. 4. Roll the first piece up into a coil and place into one of the cake pans. Then take the next strand of dough and continue to coil it around the center spiral, working your way toward the outside. Stop when there’s about 1/2” of space between the spiral and the cake pan wall. Repeat with the other cake pans. Cover with plastic wrap and let proof for 1 hour. 5. Preheat your oven to 350F. Bake the “cakes” until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let cool. 6. Mix powdered sugar with apple cider to achieve a thick glaze. Then glaze your cakes and stack them on top of each other. . . . . . #cinnamonroll #cake #falldessert #holidaydessert #ad
