This audio is epic … My first house was like this. Boiler installed backwards ? Fucking come on. White pvc fence installed but they never removed the posts for the chain link fence all were hidden by overgrown bushes. Every repair every step of the way it uncovered cheap or diy bs that had to be corrected.

The builder who built this house never did the waterproofing correctly in the master bathroom. Also, they installed fake grass in the backyard and never laid the foundation, putting grass on top of dirt rather than sand. So, when it rains, it leaves pools of water that turn to mud. When you put dirt then the sand foundation down, it drains away. oh here's the kicker they went into liquidation the following year and I found out through my brother they were common builder first short cuts..... partner never did the building inspection before buying it either💀💀
