I got to this from a level 5 permanent box dye with hi lift! Wella 12V and 9A + 30 vol developer, leave on an hour (it seems like a long time but trust the process!!) It'll lift very warm which is why you want a V, VV, or A tone, and you can tone it afterwards like I did :)
