I will never understand getting a breed that’s has long hair and not keeping it brushed and nice. I understand not being able to brush too deeply but for it to get that hard that dog must’ve not been brushed at all smh :/

seeing the pressa canario is so nice they were actually almost extinct as a breed until a humanitarian organization came together and created a breed standard and now they can live up to 12 years despite all the nerfs that come w being a big dog!!

As someone from the Canary islands (where the presa canario is originally from) I've NEVER seen a presa with it's ears cropped and I've been working in vet clinics for 8 years, and here you see this breed A LOT. It's extremely sad seeing beautiful dogs with their ears and tails cropped and chopped off.
