-Allegedly!! His father has allegations. If yall would actually go do research that man has allegations of TOUCHING inappropriately. All right that ends the alleged part.-I’m not saying she should’ve let superior go with him, but until there is court documentation he can’t, she otherwise legally has to in that state. Now if she were to move somewhere like Texas, she legally has no obligation to have superior see his father. There wouldn’t be any wrongful kidnapping charges, withholding etc (yes you can get charged for keeping a baby away from someone, even if they have harmed you or the baby. If there is not police documentation aka a restraining order, order of protection, or a legal document signed by a judged stating no contact. Yes you legally have to give the opportunity for visitation or equal time spent between the two of you) Do I think she has any business not taking that man to court?? No but when you slander your reputation online, the father also has a bad reputation, that puts that baby up for risk more than anything.
