This happened in my town! If it makes you guys feel better, everyone rallied to support and defend him. Him and his family have been getting tons of donations and offers from local businesses for free services/ items, and he himself is not upset about it anymore!

I can see both sides. He was excited, she’s trying to make a living, but like… why leave the product outside unattended?? That’s like.. on her tbh. Second, a simple “hey, I’m glad you were excited but for the future I do sell these” and then don’t leave them unattended outside?? It’s a good way to lose your products. Just my opinion though.

her husband simply asked that he pay for it. there was nothing rude about it and the delivery guy even apologized, and sent them $5, the owner sent $1 back because their pops are only $4. everything in the end was figured out and settled. I understand her signage should've been better but she also had a price board right there
