If she wants to make adult choices, she has to write an adult level paper

90’s baby here: I had to beg my mom to use her debit card for Amazon iPhone cases at age 16. && you best bet she sat right next to me and monitored that entire checkout process, then walked off w her card. I think Apple Pay / Apple Wallet for kids saving their parents card info is also a battle.
