![Tra le notti più attese dell’anno, ciò che rende unico il Met Gala non è solo il glamour portato sul red carpet da tutte le star accorse in città in occasione dell’evento, ma anche le situazioni che prendono vita durante la serata, tra divertenti siparietti e reunion di mostri sacri della musica, della moda e dello spettacolo. Così, anche l’edizione del 2026 andata in scena questa notte al Metropolitan Museum of Art il cui tema, per quest’anno, è stato “Fashion is art”, non ha mancato di regalare alcuni momenti degni di nota. Sul red carpet che ha preceduto il Met hanno sfilato tante, tantissime, personalità di spicco, con look mai banali e, ognuno a suo modo, inerente al concept proposto riallacciandosi, come di consueto, alla mostra primaverile del museo, ovvero “Costume Art”. Come Sabrina Carpenter, che ha scelto con il suo abito di omaggiare il film Sabrina con Audrey Hepburn e Humphrey Bogart sfoggiando un vestito fatto di strisce di pellicola con le immagini tratte dal film per poi cambiarsi, in occasione della sua esibizione sul palco, con un abito tributo dalla SS18 di Versace apparso per la prima volta nella collezione Pop Art di Gianni Versace nel 1991. Ma ciò che ha saputo catalizzare l’attenzione dei fan di tutto il mondo è stata anche l’energia che l’incontro tra i diversi personaggi ha saputo sprigionare, come quello di Rihanna, Katy Perry e Ciara o lo scambio di vedute tra Donatella Versace, Alessandro Michele e Demna Gvasalia.
