@chineseembassymanila: On August 30, China Daily reporters visited a temporary shelter for residents affected by the debris flow in Gyirong, #Xizang autonomous region. Nima Quzong, 28, recalled the terrifying roar, thick haze and violent shaking when the disaster struck. After being relocated to the shelter, she said food and water are well provided, while staff are offering attentive daily support to help residents feel safe and cared for. Credit to China Daily
