But yo, anything extracted from a live animal (obv not referring to its fur/wool) is considered maitah in islam which means carcass/dead meat. And in Sunan Abi Dawud it says "Whatever is cut from a living animal while it is still alive is considered Maitah (carcass/dead meat) and is Haram." A cell would fall under this ruling. Either the animal is slaughtered halal and the cells are extracted like that, or it’s alive and haram for you. Only god knows
