I’m 16, got taken to the er by ambulance my bp wouldn’t go down and neither would my heart rate, I basically had all the signs and symptoms of a heart attack and without knowing what’s going on(because I have a cardiologist apt in October, this has been going on) it freaked my emt mom out and she was like your going. Doctor was just making sure I didn’t have a blood clot because family history of them and looked at the bottom of my legs and felt them just to make sure and I was like “sorry I didn’t shave” and he was like “don’t worry I didn’t either” 😭

I had a girl apologize for showing up in her pjs IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT? Like babe, you’re at the ER when you’re suppose to be asleep. Pjs are kind of expected. I don’t expect you to get dressed up to come to the ER. Also, I’m just grateful you have clothes on 😂

In post-op recovery from endometriosis excision, nurse was helping me get dressed before I went home. Pulled out my long soft stretchy dress, then asked me where my bra was. Girl, you think I wore a bra here and I’m wearing one home?! Pretty sure she was judging.

I have cancer so at this point I’m just used to being all out there and I just don’t really care anymore but this last time I got an EKG the tech just literally moved my titty out the way and it took me by surprise lmao. I said do you want me to hold that and she said whatever’s easiest for you girl

I remember showing up as a kid to the ER with severe sun blisters on my shoulders. I was so embarrassed and crying. but there were boys shirtless in the lobby. shouldnt make a difference

Back a few years ago, my dog bit me. And I pissed my pants. I went to the ER & the nurses, who were angels, gave me scrub pants to change in to. They didn’t even laugh at me. I will never forget it. Ever.

I went to the ER after I had a panic attack while driving and I apologized for my unshaven legs and my sweat pea nurse said “if your unshaven legs are the worst part of my day I’ve had a really good day” 😭😭😭

This reminds me of when I went to the ER for influenza and my heart rate was so high that they had to do an EKG but I wasn’t wearing a bra and then the technician said “you’re real sweaty” and wiped my boob sweat up
