This! I finally braved my GP to talk about how I was feeling postpartum and wanted to discuss a mental health plan - she asked me to come back another time as she was too busy and needed a longer appointment 😓 Understand the time needed but read the room sis, could have ended so badly turning me away if I didn’t have the support of my husband.

Proud of you for speaking out 🙂 I got very lucky with my gp, gave me the tablets straight away without question to stop my milk. I must say for a ftm and the midwives only coming twice in my opinion isn’t enough, that first month is tough and mums needs more support

No waaaay! I was in the same program and I had the exact same experience that my worker left and my details got “lost” on the system 😭
