Why is it that we pay 10% to agents?…Am I the one who employed you ?…It’s Fair enough to pay for the viewing fee of the house,but this 10% has to be paid by the landlord because he’s the one giving up his property for rent…in other words,he’s the one employing the agent to find a tenant.I think the landlords will change if they were the ones paying the 10%
