Work hard a prove your worth, if they don’t recognize it on their own, you debating with them won’t make them see it either, especially after you mention quiting in an attempt to blackmail them into giving you a raise.. you’ll just threaten to quit next time you want something.

just quit. it's not worth it. I've been told that I'm too valuable in my current role. I've been told that it's easier to hire my boss than my replacement if I were promoted and then asked to train my new boss. I quit. y'all should too lol
