Kh'anikh'⁷ :
as someone learning Chinese, I can explain a little. so Chinese characters are made of of smaller pieces called radicals. this character has 4 radicals, 口meaning mouth, 止 meaning to stop, 匕 meaning spoon, 角 and this one means horn. now if you put the last 3 together, you get the character 觜 which means beak like on a bird (litterally stop spoon horn) and if you add 口(mouth) in front of it, you get this character 嘴 which means mouth or anything that works like a mouth. so it can be pretty general. but Chinese is not pictographic like Egyptian hyrogliphics, it instead is logographic, so it takes a bunch of small pieces that have meaning, and they stack them together to expand the language.
