decent tenants are hard to come by these days. we have a young mum that lives in one of ours, shes been there 6 years never been late paying her rent and the place is absolutely immaculate everytime we check. I've never put her rent up because we value her so much and don't want her to leave. my other property however has been an absolute nightmare, tenants coming and going not paying rent and trashing the place. we've just put it up for sale. if our decent tenant decides to leave that one will be going aswell
