That chief retired that way it doesn’t affect his pension, but hopefully they investigate it and strip him of his pension. No telling how many criminal offenses done and got away with.

there should be a law made that the first chunk of change the comes out of these lawsuits comes out of the officers count, not the publics. if it is a clear as it is, in this case violation of the law, the officer knew better. in other words, it comes out of his pocket or hers
