my brain isn't mine it thinks stuff I never gave it permission to think and then I feelings are made from the thoughts but with practice im learning to manage it I know ill never control it just manage

You just need to stay strong and have faith in god ask for strength I am same I have depression anxiety for 25 years now and I’m fighting alone no one will understand what I’m going through it’s terrible and scary illness ever you can have we can’t tell about our thoughts what is in our mind because they are scary we think negative all the time and over thinking brain feels foggy heart feels heavy I now what you are going through just keep strong and go to doctor they will help to calm your depression tablets do work and you will feel better
