My favorite thing is buying second hand vintage coats and having a local seamstress fit it. So much cheaper but it looks SO good (and also feels really awesome doing something for yourself like that) 10/10 do recommend

my in between tip: buy nice trousers in good quality fabric, that sit nice around your waist and go to a tailor to alter it. it is much cheaper than handmade pants and you have a similar effect 😊
