Biggest game-changer for my PMDD was taking a combined oral pill and skipping the inactive pills. The consistent level of hormones mean I never get the hormone fluctuation that triggers my PMDD symptoms.

I love my implanon that has really helped my PMDD symptoms and especially with having AuDHD it’s just not something I can deal with.

Iv seen a heap on a combination between a certain type of reflux medication (H2 blocker) and a antihistamine med (H1 blocker) can help with PMDD

Love the real rawness of this Monday and the struggles. I don’t have pmdd - or maybe I do? But I have chronic migraine ++++ and severe ocd so I get the life with the extra load😫
