I’m 41 and on some websites people choose off a catalogue to propose meeting in real time and paying fot my time I am automatically categorized unde “mature”. On the other hand, when I fly for pleasure on dating app, oh yes do younger men want to meet. I’ve set the limit at 35 because I just … can’t. And for the first time in my life I went out with a younger man, 37 to be precise, and it was delightful.

I get why younger guys gravitate toward older women Lauren, there’s something magnetic about someone who knows what they want, can hold a real conversation, and brings depth instead of 20‑second small talk. I’m 55, not claiming to be king of the hill, but the number of younger women who approach me says a lot. It’s interesting. I may be wrong but a lot of these companies and agencies have people in their 20s-30s managing these campaigns, have no idea of how to market to women like us. They even think think 40 is old! Mind you, we look completely different and hotter from the average 40yr old woman back in day. Hence why these boys are going crazy 😂
