I was made to love but not be loved, and strangely enough, I have finally reached a place where that realization no longer hurts me. I used to think love had to come back to me in the same way I gave it in order for my life to feel complete, but I don’t believe that anymore. I no longer need someone beside me to make my life feel whole. Maybe I will never experience the kind of love I once believed I would, and I am completely okay with that. I don’t mourn it anymore. I don’t search for it anymore. I don’t even desire it anymore. I have accepted my life for what it is, and there is
