Even as a first time mom and I found out my child wouldn’t transfer from the car seat to ANYWHERE else if she fell asleep I would sit in the car with her, with it running with the ac on so she could nap. Didn’t matter if it was 5 minutes or 3 hours I sat in the car with her with the car running!
