I believe is done in such a way that it balances the amount of sigils you get from a chest to what's left after maxing the offering system. that way you have just enough left for some extra goodies and mora and not make you super rich

I think getting them on the recent region is more easier. I managed to max them all out because they make it easier to find chest and everything. And I got a lot of rewards out of it. I managed to get up to. 4000

yeah but snezhnaya and nod krai have easier exploration mechanics than inazuma. Took me a literal year to 100% inazuma (it was stuck on 98 in a lot of sections) but it’s only taken me about 3 days to 100% snezhnaya
