hii so I'm willing to debate you if u would be respectful we were opportunistic Omnivores which means we ate what ever we could find. and sources say 80-97% of our diet was vegan. and back then our numbers were much less than 8 billion people so the earth could handle us eating animals without much harm. but now we are in large numbers and large demands and most of eat meaters live in countries were halal meat is hard to source or find. and we have straight teeth mostly for vegetables. the sharp pointy teeth at the side (forgot the name sorry) are so small. thats because we rely on fire nowadays to eat meat. which doesn't make us real meat eaters. we also have long digestive tracks to eat vegan stuff. obligates carnivores like tigers themselves have short tracks. sharper teeth and a much higher stomach acidity to handle raw meat. but yh thats my point. if you're going to be rude or dismiss animals suffering then don't debate me. but if you're willing to be nice I'm willing to continue.

I don't think we should be having industrial slaughter houses,I think we should have local farmers who raise animals from young and sell eggs,meat,milk,etc..

This is how meat is produced in Norway in general! Halal meat here is where a prayer is said before the animal is killed :) mistreatment of animals in the meat industry in Norway is taken pretty seriously, so the animals here live good lives up until their last moments!
