Spitting out the excess toothpaste without rinsing leaves a thin layer of fluoride on your teeth, which protects against decay and strengthens enamel. Guys all those saying its wrong clearly have no idea how right she is , heard dentists say it before but yes basically you were all just ruining the purpose of brushing your teeth

I rinse THOROUGHLY several times. I have the best teeth and I definitely do NOT want to absorb these nasty chemicals including fluoride.

Toothpaste us to clean your teeth. Washing afterwards makes no difference. Thats like saying leave soap on your hands and dont rinse it off.
