yeah, every time I've had a grease fitting clogged, I've had to pull the pin and actually drill the crusty hunk of rusted debris out of the passages. 600psi isn't going to do much of anything against what I battle

99% of the time the grease zirk is what’s clogged. Change the zirk and the problem is fixed.
