One-Pan Lazy Lasagna The easiest lasagna you’ll ever make! No layering, no baking, and barely any dishes. Just one pan, simple ingredients, and so much flavor. Ingredients: * Lasagna pasta sheets * 500 g (about 1 lb) ground beef * 1 onion, finely diced * 2 carrots, finely diced * 1 rib celery, finely diced * 1½ tbsp tomato paste * 300 ml (1¼ cups) tomato sauce Seasonings: * 1 tsp Italian seasoning * 1 tsp paprika * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp black pepper * 1 tsp salt * 4 garlic cloves, minced * 200 ml (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) soy cream (or your favorite cooking cream) * 100ml (about ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) water Toppings: * Shredded mozzarella cheese * Parmesan cheese (optional) * Fresh basil (optional) Instructions: 1. Heat a little butter and olive oil in a large pan. 2. Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté for a few minutes until softened. 3. Add the ground beef, tomato paste, and all the seasonings. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked. 4. Stir in the minced garlic, tomato sauce, soy cream, and water. Cover and simmer over low-medium heat for 20 minutes. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little more water. 5. Break one lasagna sheet in half. Place the two halves in the center of the sauce, then add two more halves along the sides to create a layer. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. 6. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes until melted. 7. Finish with Parmesan and fresh basil, if using. 8. Scoop it straight from the pan onto a plate and enjoy! Save this recipe for the next time you’re craving lasagna without all the work! ❤️ #lasagna #onepanrecipe #EasyRecipes #lazyrecipes #food
